Main Dining Room + Patio Reservations Important Dining Information

Thank you for choosing Norikase. To enhance your dining experience, please take note of the following:

  1. Reservation Recommendations: Guarantee your table by reserving through OpenTable in advance. Click Here to Book on OpenTable for Norikase
    Should you make a reservation for the patio area via OpenTable and wish to request an indoor table, we will make every effort to accommodate your preference; however, we cannot guarantee availability. There is a 15 Minute Grace Period.

  1. Auto Gratuity Notice: Commencing February 1st, 2024, a 20% auto gratuity will be added to all dining patrons to ensure equitable compensation for our dedicated team and to ensure quality service.

  2. Party Size Limit: Parties are limited to a maximum of 8 people, and regrettably, no exceptions can be made and the total bill can be split up to only 4 ways maximum.

  3. A la Carte Ordering: Embrace our A la Carte style, where all orders are prepared fresh. Dishes will be served as they are ready unless otherwise specified.

  4. Cake and Corkage Fees:

    • Cake Fee: $25.00 (Bringing in your own cake & your server to cut the cake)

    • Corkage Fee: $30.00 per bottle for any wine or sake brought into the restaurant.

Your adherence to these policies ensures a seamless dining experience for all.

Events

Clients have the opportunity to reserve the entire 10-seat Omakase session for private birthday celebrations, special occasions, and more.

If you are interested in booking our patio or main dining room for events such as birthdays, wedding rehearsal dinners, graduations, baby showers,

and more, please reach out to us via email at info@norikase.com.

Kindly provide us with the projected date, time, number of guests, and event theme to assist us in accommodating your needs and preferences.

Disability - Accommodation Requests

Norikase is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible space. If you need a reasonable accommodation, please contact [info@norikase.com]. All requests must be made by 48 hours in advance. We will attempt to implement late requests but cannot guarantee they will be met.

Norikase is wheelchair accessible.

Registered ADA Service Dogs are Accepted to accompany people with disabilities in all areas of the facility where the public is allowed to go.

Emotional Support Animals are not allowed in the main dining room but are welcome to be in the Patio area.

Dress Code Policy

At Norikase, we encourage our valued guests to choose attire that mirrors a sense of professionalism and respect throughout their dining experience. 

We place a genuine emphasis on celebrating personal style through distinctive fashion choices. 

We kindly ask our guests to avoid clothing that displays offensive language.

A friendly reminder that flip-flops, any beach attire, sleeveless tops, and athletic wear is too casual for Norikase. 

Baseball caps are only allowed in the Cocktail Bar & Patio area.

Baseball caps are not allowed in the Main Dining Room.

We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we strive to uphold the refined and sophisticated atmosphere of Norikase.

Cancellation Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Reservation Changes:

    • Changes to your reservation must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled time.

    • Rescheduling within 1 week of the reservation for a party of 5 or more incurs a minimum $75 per person rescheduling fee, without exceptions.

  • Emergency Contact:

    • In case of an emergency, please contact us at info@norikase.com.

  • Transferability:

    • You have the option to transfer your reservation to another person.

  • Dietary Restrictions:

    • Our weekly curated menu cannot accommodate dietary, vegan, gluten, or allergy restrictions.

  • Omakase Experience:

    • All participants in the Omakase must share the exclusive experience.

    • The A La Carte Menu is not available during the Omakase Experience.
